Structured recovery support with educational materials and live coaching

Hybrid Integrated Coaching combines the structured educational materials of the recovery process with weekly live coaching sessions.

Each week, you’ll work through the same recovery materials and guided reflections that form the foundation of the program. Rather than receiving a written coaching reflection, you’ll meet for a live session where we explore your experiences, questions, challenges, and goals within the context of the recovery process.

This approach combines the structure and consistency of a guided educational framework with the flexibility and responsiveness of live coaching.

This coaching draws from nervous system education, somatic approaches, and practical recovery-oriented guidance to support understanding, integration, and meaningful change over time.

How the process works

Each week, you’ll work through the educational materials and reflections that guide the recovery process.

You’ll then attend a live coaching session where we explore what feels most relevant, address questions and challenges, and connect the material to your own experiences.

Together, the materials and coaching sessions create a steady rhythm of:

  • learning
  • reflection
  • guidance
  • integration

that supports understanding, skill-building, and meaningful change over time.

What’s included

  • Weekly educational materials
  • Guided reflections and exercises
  • Weekly live coaching sessions
  • Personalized guidance
  • Ongoing pattern tracking and integration
  • Somatic exploration and experiential practices when appropriate

My role as your coach

In Hybrid Integrated Coaching, my role is to actively work with your process over time, helping you make sense of your experiences and apply what you’re learning in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I am:

  • tracking patterns across weeks
  • referencing previous sessions and observations
  • noticing changes in reactions, regulation, and capacity
  • exploring recurring responses and underlying dynamics
  • recognizing recurring loops (e.g. cognitive dissonance, self-blame, over-analysis)
  • integrating somatic approaches when appropriate
  • adjusting guidance based on your current capacity and stage of recovery
  • helping clarify complex or conflicting experiences
  • supporting the development of self-trust and discernment
  • guiding your overall trajectory so the work stays grounded and paced

Important structure

This format is intentionally structured to support clarity, pacing, and consistency:

  • Recovery is supported through a step-by-step educational framework
  • Weekly materials provide a clear focus and direction for the work
  • Live coaching sessions provide space to explore and work with what is most relevant
  • Guidance is adapted to your current capacity, stage of recovery, and individual process
  • Learning, reflection, and application work together to support steady integration over time
  • The process balances structure with flexibility, allowing space for what feels most relevant while maintaining an overall direction

This is not therapy, crisis support, or an open-ended coaching process. It is a structured coaching process that combines education, live guidance, and practical integration to support recovery over time.

Who this is best for

  • prefer real-time conversation over written exchanges
  • want space to ask questions and receive immediate feedback
  • learn best through discussion and exploration
  • are comfortable engaging with educational materials between sessions
  • appreciate both structure and flexibility within the coaching process
  • want support applying what they are learning to their own experiences and circumstances

Experience the approach first

If you would like to experience the approach before committing to ongoing coaching, you are welcome to explore the first two foundational modules of the program through the client portal.

After submitting an inquiry and confirming that this level of support is a good fit for your current needs, you will receive access to the materials, worksheets, and resources included in these introductory modules at no cost.

This gives you an opportunity to explore the content, become familiar with the client portal, and get a sense of how the coaching process is structured before deciding whether you would like additional support.

If you would like personalized guidance afterward, you can choose to submit a Foundations Reflection Review for $130 CAD (approximately $95 USD). You will receive an individualized written Coaching Reflection based on your experience with the materials, offering a taste of the reflective, personalized guidance that is central to all coaching formats. The Foundations Reflection Review is a one-time purchase and can be completed on its own, without any obligation to continue into ongoing coaching.

Many people find this a helpful way to experience the approach, explore how the coaching process is structured, and determine whether additional support feels right for them.
