Each week, you receive personalized, in-depth feedback that responds to your check-in while also tracking patterns, themes, and shifts over time.

This approach allows the work to become more connected, more coherent, and more fully integrated over time.

How the process works

Each week, you submit a written check-in reflecting on your experience, the materials, and anything you would like support with.

You then receive an Integrated Coaching Reflection, in which I respond to your check-in with detailed, individualized feedback based on your experience.

This creates a steady rhythm of:

  • reflection
  • guidance
  • and connecting patterns over time

supporting deeper insight and steady progress.

My role as your coach

In Integrated Coaching, my role is to actively work with your process over time, helping you make sense of your experiences and stay oriented as you grow.

I am:

  • tracking patterns across weeks
  • referencing previous submissions
  • connecting current reactions to past dynamics
  • noticing changes in reactions, regulation, and capacity
  • recognizing recurring loops (e.g. cognitive dissonance, self-blame, over-analysis)
  • adjusting guidance based on your current capacity and stage of recovery
  • helping clarify complex or conflicting experiences
  • guiding your overall trajectory so the work stays clear and paced

Important structure

This format is intentionally structured to support clarity, pacing, and consistency:

  • Coaching is asynchronous and text-based
  • You submit one check-in per week
  • You receive one written reflection per week
  • There is no ongoing back-and-forth messaging between check-ins

This is not therapy, crisis support, or real-time intervention. It is a structured coaching process focused on learning, reflection, and integration over time.

How this differs from Text-Based Focused Coaching

With Integrated Coaching, patterns and themes are tracked and connected across your process, offering guidance for your overall trajectory and long-term growth. Focused Coaching, on the other hand, emphasizes what’s most relevant in the present moment and provides direction within each individual week. Both options follow the same structured process.

Ultimately, the difference lies in the level of depth and in whether your experience is supported week by week, or followed and connected over time.

Experience the approach first

If you would like to experience the approach before committing to ongoing coaching, you are welcome to explore the first two foundational modules of the program through the client portal.

After submitting an inquiry and confirming that this level of support is a good fit for your current needs, you will receive access to the materials, worksheets, and resources included in these introductory modules at no cost.

This gives you an opportunity to explore the content, become familiar with the client portal, and get a sense of how the coaching process is structured before deciding whether you would like additional support.

If you would like personalized guidance afterward, you can choose to submit a Foundations Reflection Review for $130 CAD (approximately $95 USD). You will receive an individualized Coaching Reflection based on your experience with the materials, offering a taste of the reflective, personalized support central to the coaching process. The Foundations Reflection Review is a one-time purchase and can be completed on its own, without any obligation to continue into ongoing coaching.

Many people find this a helpful way to experience the approach before deciding whether this coaching style is the right fit for their needs.

Investment

Integrated Coaching provides in-depth, ongoing guidance with active support across your process. The investment is $200 CAD (approximately $145 USD) per week, billed weekly. Most clients move through the core stages over approximately 4 to 6 months, with flexibility to continue if needed.

Each week, you engage through the materials, your check-in, and the coaching reflection, while also tracking patterns and making connections across your experience. This creates a more continuous and integrated process of reflection, understanding, and application.

This format is designed for clients who:
