• rebuilding clarity, stability, and self-trust

All services and content are educational and informational in nature.

3. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

What’s True Coaching does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, medical treatment, or crisis intervention services.

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapeutic, medical, or clinical relationship.

Services are not intended to:

• diagnose or treat mental health conditions
• provide emergency support
• replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment
• guarantee specific outcomes or recovery timelines

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, well-being, and healthcare needs.

4. Crisis & Emergency Situations

This website and coaching services are not appropriate for emergency or crisis situations.

If you are experiencing:

• thoughts of self-harm or harm to others
• immediate danger
• severe emotional destabilization
• psychosis
• inability to maintain personal safety

please contact emergency services, a licensed healthcare provider, crisis support services, or other appropriate professional resources.

Emails, messages, contact form submissions, and other communications are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency support needs.

5. Website Content & Educational Information

All content shared through What’s True Coaching is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

While reasonable effort is made to provide accurate and thoughtful information, no guarantees are made regarding:

6. Payments, Refunds & Coaching Policies

Coaching services are subject to separate onboarding agreements and policies provided prior to enrollment.

• refund and cancellation terms

Refunds, cancellations, pauses, scheduling adjustments, and participation expectations are governed by the agreements provided during onboarding.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through What’s True Coaching remain the intellectual property of the Practice unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PDFs
• worksheets
• frameworks
• written content
• educational materials
• website copy
• branding
• graphics
• downloadable resources

Materials are provided for personal use only.

You may not:

• reproduce

• distribute

• resell

8. Privacy

Reasonable efforts are made to protect personal information and maintain privacy.

Coaching services may use third-party platforms, including Practice Better and payment providers, which maintain their own privacy policies and terms of service.

9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

What’s True Coaching reserves the right to pause, refuse, or discontinue services when coaching is determined to be:

• outside the scope of practice
• inappropriate for the client’s current needs
• unsafe
• service boundaries are repeatedly violated
• the structure of the service is no longer a suitable fit

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, What’s True Coaching shall not be held liable for:

• personal decisions made by clients or website users
• indirect or consequential damages
• emotional distress arising from participation in coaching or use of educational materials
• interruptions to website or platform access
• third-party platform issues or failures

Participation in coaching and use of website materials are voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

11. Third-Party Links & Platforms

This website may reference or link to third-party platforms, services, or websites.

What’s True Coaching is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
